USEFUL INFORMATION

WE WELCOME YOU TO OUR FIRST FLOOR DUPLEX 4 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH 2 LARGE BALCONIES AND A VERY LARGE SUN ROOF (SOLARIUM)

(Special care is needed when venturing up to the sun roof. Pease ensure that you are well protected with the correct UVA sun screen, as it gets really hot up there!

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES (Check in & Check out)

In order that both the in-going & out-going guests  have a smooth and problem free change-over and to ensure that the cleaning staff have adequate time to carry out their full cleaning service in preparation for the new arrivals, it would be much appreciated prior to your departure and if you have time,  if you would kindly strip the beds and leave any bedding & towels that require laundering in the hall way, below the stairs and to kindly vacate the apartment by 10 am on your day of departure.

It would be most helpful that prior to your departure if you could kindly leave a note to the cleaners/management team to alert them of any known breakages, light bulbs etc that may need replacing prior to the arrival of the next guests.    

GARDEN RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE POOLS... (The main pool key is on a blue key fob. The key to the smaller pool is with the black plastic key)

During the refurbishment of the pools, both guests and owners alike are requested to follow the guidelines listed below....

We do hope this does not cause any inconvenience but it will most certainly create a big improvement.

We do apologise for the delay in completion of the big pool which has taken longer than scheduled which was largely due to Covid restrictions.

It has also meant that more than the usual amount of bathers have been using the smaller pool but this will only be until the big pool is completed and normal service will be resumed.

The Pools are open from 9.00 to 21.00 hrs

The Pools are for the use of residents & guests only.

Children under 8 years of age must be supervised.

All personal possessions must be removed from the pool area at night.

No glassware is allowed in the pool area at any time for obvious reasons.

It`s forbidden to attempt to scale the wall surrounding the pool area .

No ball games to be played in the pool area.

Do not open the pool gate for anybody unless they are either residents or guests. This is an important legal point because if an accident occurs you may be liable ie.; You invited them in.

No Lilo`s are permitted  in any of the pools.

ROAD,PARKING & RUBBISH BINS

Please park cars  in the bays provided and leave curb side clear for access by  trades people and EMERGENCY SERVICES. Non  compliance will result in removal of vehicle by the GRUA Tow away.

Please place all rubbish in bags and TIE-UP before placing in the bins provided.

For BOTTLES, please use the bottle banks provided which are situated on the service road running parallel to the main road.

GENERAL RULES

DUE TO THE SHARP RISE IN ENERGY BILLS, WOULD ALL GUESTS PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE TURNED OFF WHEN NOT IN USE!!!

Do not place laundry on lawns to dry or anywhere else that is obtrusive.

Guests are not allowed to bring dogs in to the urbanisation. Likewise, would all owners with dogs clean up if  their dog fouls any part of the urbanisation, including the road.

It is against the law in Spain to FOUL the roads.

Building work is prohibited between July 1st -September 15th

IN ADDITION...

 Would all owners & guests please respect others by keeping noise levels down, particularly after 23.00 Hrs.

Security....As an extra safeguard,we suggest that you lock the outside grill on the front door along with the shutters whilst leaving the development or even when retiring for the night.

The marble floors look beautiful but moving furniture, high heels and Golf clubs sound deafening both above and below. 

So please consider your neighbours and keep the TV/Music volume down, wear soft shoes whilst in the apartment and please refrain from slamming doors when they may be asleep....Thank you!

 

 

 

Although our Insurance policy prohibits traditional Barbecues due to the risks of naked flames within the building, we have provided an electric barbecue (use with water) and an electric Teppanyaki for your enjoyment which maybe used on the balconies and roof terrace accordingly. Kindly clean when finished and put them back in their original boxes along with their instructions. Kindly note to only use the wooden spatulas provided.

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE (THE SUN GARDENS COMMUNITY) USES THE SERVICES OF "EXCELAN" (MOBILE DOCTOR SERVICE) WHICH IS PAID FOR BY THE COMMUNITY. THE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO OWNERS AND GUESTS ALIKE. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ANY OF THE NUMBERS BELOW;

NEW SPANISH LEGISLATION

It is now a legal requirement for all guests staying in the apartment, to provide us with their passport details along with their full postal address in their home country.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

WI-FI is unlimited and is available throughout the apartment.
