San Pedro de Alcántara

The wonderful little town of San Pedro is only a couple of turn-offs from the apartment back towards Marbella & Malaga. There's lots to discover here, walk around and see what you find, or head down to the huge promenade which runs parallel with the equally huge beach. During the summer there is always something happening; markets, street theatre and of course lots of choice for food and drink. Also there are trampolines and plenty of amusements for the kids. 

Top tip - look out for local magazines available freely in most shops and keep your eye on what's happening during your stay, both in San Pedro and elsewhere.
