Our beautifully furnished, 4 bedroom duplex apartment has 2 fully fitted bathrooms, one being en-suite. It has a very large, comfortable lounge with TV/video/DVD/karaoke, Wi-Fi and satellite is available throughout the apartment. The fully fitted kitchen has every conceivable appliance.

The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and there are 2 very large balconies with dining table, sun beds etc. The extremely large roof terrace is ideal for sun worshippers and is equipped with 2 dining tables and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, fridge, sink etc. - an ideal place for a party. The apartment has the benefit of 2 swimming pools and one children's paddling pool.

Location

Our apartment is in an ideal location, being only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus, 15 minutes from Marbella, 10 minutes from Benahavis, 40 minutes fom Malaga Airport, and 50 minutes from Gibraltar. You will find all local amenities within a 5 minute walk, including restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, supermarkets, newsagents, laundry, butchers etc.

There are a number of beaches locally, the closest being 5 minutes away. Golf courses are in abundance, the closest being El Paraiso, just a 3 minute drive away. There are tennis courts and mini golf/putting green all within a 2 minute stroll.

We get it, you want to relax without a care 

The following is all we ask....

THESE GOLDEN RULES WILL HELP ENSURE YOUR HOLIDAY IS CARE-FREE 

  • You’re going to appreciate the air-con - look after it and it will look after you. Did you know some people have the air-con blowing with the windows and doors wide open? Don’t be those people, it makes no sense. 
  • Some people have been known to leave the air-con on when they go out; please don’t. It cools the apartment extremely quickly so there is no need to ever leave it running when empty. 
  • Cushions for seats & sun loungers feel much nicer when they're not sodden from being left outside in the rain. Please bring them in - especially at the end of your stay.
  • Also, for hygiene reasons, please use towels over sun lounger cushions.
  • The pool key is only necessary for the larger pool and not the pool facing the apartment. The key lives in the drawer of the little table in the hallway ALWAYS (apart from when you’re using it to go to the pool of course) 
  • Please put these keys back in the drawer when you come back - the cost of replacing a lost pool key is 50 Euros. 
  • Shutters; Only let sensible adults operate, and please make sure their path isn’t blocked when closing. 
  • *NO SMOKING INSIDE* Ashtray provided outside. Please don't flick ash on the balcony floors or flick tab-ends over the balcony.

“Brilliant value apartment in a great location” We are a family of 5 we visited the apartment during the summer holidays, had a brilliant time thoroughly enjoyed the 2 pools which we found to be clean and beautifully kept. The apartment is spacious and benefits from sky tv which was gr8 for catching up on the Olympics which were on whilst we were there. There was plenty of towels and bedding and a cupboard full of games and stuff for the kids to use. The air conditioning was also very welcome after a hot day out. The location on the main road is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, yet the apartment is set back from the road so no issues with noise.

We enjoyed several nights out at the bars and restaurants situated just 5 mins walk from the apartment also the pub across the bridge, the Robin Hood and cocktails at the crown plaza hotel which were expensive but amazing surroundings! If u r travelling down to the apartment the hotel is a good landmark as the turn off for the apartment is directly opposite. All in all a really lovely holiday and the owner Stephen really helpful and good at staying in touch, answering any questions etc.

“Very nice, tranquil, peaceful surroundings” This is a lovely villa,very spacious,very clean, a 3 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants which were very hospitable, very friendly and the food was lovely in each one of them. A great place for a family holiday as the pools are secure clean and no child can run away and fall into them. The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning and you can catch some peaceful rays of sunshine with a view of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. Perfect place to recharge your batteries!! There is a bus every half an hour which is great to take you to Marbella or estepona for some nightlife action. Would recommend this to anybody!!

“Fantastic Holiday in San Padro” Very nice apartment, clean and spacious. Fab swimming pool, children loved it! Lots of shops / bars / restaurants not too far away in walking distance. Lots of good beaches 10/15 min walk. Brilliant sun bathing on the roof terrace  Loads of sun loungers tables chairs etc . A real sun trap on sun roof

"Fabulous location and great lay-out for our family and friends (4 adults 3 children)." The apartment was really colourful and tidy with all modcons. It was also really roomy - large living/dining room and there are 2 balconies plus a huge roof terrace for lounging about without getting under each others feet. We didn't have to leave the actual vicinity of the apartment as everything we needed was within walking distance including the 2 swimming pools. Great restaurants, bars and shops along the front. Most importantly we received fabulous service from Stephen and Peter! We'll definitely be returning.
